I think this app is very valable and useful, and make our jobs very easy.

You never know how much you need chat support until you have a brain fart like i did. i deleted the app by mistake and when i got it back it was telling me to pay..... i was like but i didnt even return anything. started to panic but Nitesh helped with no problem. almost like helping me made his day a little bit better. Thank you!!!

Easy to integrate. Very smooth installation, customizeable. Will be using on other stores in the future.

The app has been useful to assist in returns, however we often experienced difficulties opening the app to use.

I like it so far, seems to be very helpful. 3 returns per month for the free plan seems to be very low
