Harvinder and Moazzan were great! I was having trouble purchasing a plan but they setup a quick google meeting and walked me through applying the coupon code properly. At the same time, a customer was having troubles creating a return label from the portal and they again quickly helped me fix a misconfiguration with my carrier label settings! I'm just starting to use Aftership and I like it so far. I love how it integrates with Shopify. My only criticism is that there does not appear to be a way to deduct the exact cost of the return labels from my customers. When customers are purchasing my product, the initial shipping service gives my customers options for shipping speeds and adds the shipping cost to their order. I wish there was a way for customers to be able to deduct the precise return label shipping cost from their refund or to be charged the exact cost of the return label for exchanges. The way it's setup now, I can charge a flat fee for all returns/exchanges, but it'll raise some customer's eyebrows when they see that it cost $3.71 to ship the product to them but will cost them $5 to return the product to me (for instance). Or for other customers, it'll cost them $5 to return the product but cost me $8 for the return label.
Great app - had a few questions but the support team have been excellent at answering all our queries promptly. Only snag is extra seats is a bit expensive so we are restricted to one user doing returns.
Nice App, unfortunately, automatic return labels aren't possible in EU... Big bummer for us. Hopefully, you guys get on it soon.
Customers are not able to access returns centre, I suspect due to no SSL cert. Zero help from support so far, just encouraged us to request a feature in the community.
