I used this app to make returns portal for my site. It works really well and the support team is so helpful!!
App was easy to use but would be better if I could add the find order section to my own web page like the tracking button.

Unfortunately the app can't translate properly to danish. It has some large translation issues. Otherwise it works great, but we can't use it because of the translation issues.

We are sorry to hear that you didn't find the translation correct. I would like to inform you that we are picking the transliteration from Google translator.
We've already started working hard to correct the translations and once it will be done, we'll update you too.

I can't say enough good things about the "Aftership Returns" app, and the exceptional support I received from Moazzam just took it to another level!
While I haven't been actively using the app, it's reassuring to see that it remains functional and effective. It speaks to the app's stability and commitment to providing a consistent service.
I cannot even create a return order number. It's awful. I tried everything and set it up the right way so I am confused. I contacted support and we will see! Other than that, the app seems to work. so we will see. I CANT CREATE NO RMA NUMBER. EVERYTIME I ENTER A ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL , IT SAYS INVALID EMAIL AND ORDER #
So far soo good! I had a couple quick questions, the live chat customer service was very helpful. The app was a breeze to set up, and I can't wait to see how it works in a month or so. :)
