Excellent Customer Services - Yet to use App but customer services is instant and offered 14 days Trial
Signed up for a trial of AfterShip Returns. Their website and help docs indicate Royal Mail returns ARE possible but only after support chat is it made clear this is for Enterprise only. I have no idea why this isn't stated anywhere. Just a sentence would suffice. An afternoon wasted. Thanks folks!

Great and super responsive customer service response to inquiries. Have not yet seen if it meets our stores need for store credit, but hope to explore options soon.
Wonderful tool to work with, very easy to install and navigate.
Am still working on customizing it and it has not given me any issues so far. And again it is very easy to customize it.

horrible. 3 days of trying to get my card to work so I can simply buy labels and 5 different customer service reps saying "we are working on it" or "its fixed now try it" over and over and of course it doesnt work.

This app is *super* easy to set up, is designed nicely and seems seamless. The thing that would make it 5 stars is if it included the option for exchanges as well as returns, including an exchange form where customers can write why they are returning or exchanging something. I actually don't know if I'll continue to use this if I cant figure out a way to make it a "Returns/Exchanges" center.
So, I gave Sanjeet a run for his money today. I have to say he worked tirelessly to help me. He managed to fix the problem, with great communication!. Well Done Sanjeet! An asset To the company!
Nice setup. I like having the returns information on my site.
Moazzam, was amazing. He helped me figure out how to setup and complete returns for our Shopify store. It made things so much easier and he saved me a lot of time!
