Just started on this app. Curious to know if it will solve all our issues. The customer service was speedy with a lot of helpful articles to guide me as a newbie.

Great app to manage your returns and generate your portal. Customer support is very fast and helpful. You should definitely give it a try!

I cannot even create a return order number. It's awful. I tried everything and set it up the right way so I am confused. I contacted support and we will see! Other than that, the app seems to work. so we will see. I CANT CREATE NO RMA NUMBER. EVERYTIME I ENTER A ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL , IT SAYS INVALID EMAIL AND ORDER #

It says there's a free plan available, but after downloading the app I'm being forced to select a "7 day free trial" through a pop up that just won't disappear.

This app is honestly the worst experience I have had. My shop is live and the customers service was terrible. The customer service person told me that the app had functionalities that it didn't. Everything is a manual process, it does not generate the resend order, it doesnt update your qtys.. You're honestly better off doing it through emails with the customer.
