Customizable site, fast 24/7 support. Seems to work well so far! I hope they add more themes and features in the future for the free plan and trial.

I have just installed this app to help my new business launch successfully by offering a smooth returns/ exchange process. Easy to install and customise brand so far. Quick support service too. So so good.
Great app and customer service! Ayush was super helpful to help me with everything I needed and even got on a screen share to double check that everything was working!

Thank you for fixing the issue as quickly as humanly possible. We would love to see you guys try to create a bypass for when people pay with two forms of payment. But other than that you're always so available and willing to help resolve my issues.
First time I had a return, I discovered that I hadn't set things up quite right. Samad took the time to walk me through it and get the mailing label correct for the return in question and for future returns. Works smoothly now -- easy peasy for our customers!
