Great app to improve customer experience regarding returns. Really quick to set up and easy to use. Let's hope it will be possible soon to host the app on a shopify page. Like AfterShip.

This app will save you tons of time in customer service! When i had an issue customer service was quick to respond and even did a video call to help me through issues.

The AfterShip Returns center has been a phenomenal solution to our commercial wholesale business. We have hundreds of items per order and managing returns has been a complicated task until we discovered this solution. Returns Center was extremely easy to setup and our customers feel at ease when receiving multiple automated updates about the status of their return. We couldn’t be more pleased with all of the AfterShip apps in Shopify!

Great application. The only down side is that it's not completely free and only allows 3 returns per month
