great app! easy to install and to use

good feature ... but the return labels are expensive
good customer service... first few days customers had hard time downloading the labels but then it got ok

This makes handling returns so much easier. I'm surprised Shopify doesn't include return handling by default, but this app fills the gap nicely.

Great product and service. Moazzam was a huge help! Nalinee was clutch and swished a 3-pointer on a technical issue.
