Great app, really easy to use and the support team have been very quick to reply to my emails. Compliments aftership app really well. Needs a few more features to be perfect, but I believe these are on the roadmap. Tim

Good product, but is should have store credits feature enabled in the account as well. We should not have to download another one.

Good App but a Bit Expensive. I am still testing this. Let see how it goes. I have hopes that the app will be as expected.
Seems like it should work. I created a mock return request and all seemed to work well. The reason I didn't give if the full 5 stars is I think they could improve it by adding an option for customers to submit a picture of a defect. That way the seller could make an immediate decision to refund or replace the item without the customer having to return a parcel and wait for it to arrive and be inspected before a decision is made.
If that option already exists, forgive my ignorance but I didn't see it in options.
Really easy and simple to setup and use! Support has been fantastic so far. Would like to see more customizable template options

Would have loved to have a customization option for the email that are sent to customer.
Have been running this app for a couple weeks now. No issues, fairly streamlined. The only suggestion we have is to add an option for customs docs. All of our returns come back to Canada (From the US) and require custom documentation - would be helpful for the app to generate this or at least allow you to upload a second file for customs docs.
