I am new to ecommerce and dropshipping, and this app, so far, seems easy to use and set up. It seems to be exactly what I am looking for to automate the returns portion of my stores. Employees are quick and helpful also.

Would be 5 stars if they have the option to add notes for staff-only to read. Sometimes customers put through a request and then change/add a special request but no way to track this between staff
