I am new to ecommerce and dropshipping, and this app, so far, seems easy to use and set up. It seems to be exactly what I am looking for to automate the returns portion of my stores. Employees are quick and helpful also.

Superb service and assistance! Extremely fast and accomodating! They were able to fix my requests and further suggest improvements I hadn't thought of.
Great App, easy to setup and use, definitely a must have for any Shopify store.
Return Center and Tracking & Delivery Updates by AfterShip are real time savers
Would be 5 stars if they have the option to add notes for staff-only to read. Sometimes customers put through a request and then change/add a special request but no way to track this between staff
