Was trying to add more seats and ran into user errors (eg I made mistakes). Support was great and incredibly helpful. They undid my mistakes and then via screen share helped be complete the seat additions. BTW - we love this app as it has made our returns process much more effecient and customer friendly.

Customer service was great! Glad that the app is adding new features to the platform. Return Center has been very useful and easy to use in resolving customer service issues.

Nalinee was very helpful when I had some difficulty with the app. She cleared up all my questions and concerns.

App works fine, nice support service!

We're an ecommerce brand out of Philly. This app has worked well for us. Simple, our customers find it easy to use. It was easy to set it up and customize. We have used it for a few years, no issues.
