This is an App that we haven't used often but one that works well when it's needed

It's ok, difficult to pay. I dont know where i can make the payment.

I am new to the app so I cannot give an accurate assessment yet. However customer service was prompt and helpful

Setting up the app was a bit of a pain, but customer service has been helpful. You have to pay an extra $5/mo for each additional profile, but the price is still reasonable. Haven't really used the app at all yet, but I was asked to leave a review, so...

For starters, their chat-based help is excellent and quick to help at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. I used their chat a bunch to get setup and they're very good. We are pretty high volume PLUS account and order volumes are growing. We wanted to enable a self-service Returns Center and choose their Premium service because it is marketed as including auto-refunds (the key element we were looking for). Not until you sign up and go through implementation do you realize that you cannot have auto-refunds unless you also pay for their Order Tracking app. I was upset about their marketing tactics because Returns Center info page says nothing about needing Order Tracking. Due to our order volume, however, we were going to need an even pricier version of this app just to get the auto-refund feature. I spoke with one of their sales reps, explained the situation, he empathized and agreed and came back with a very helpful discount. We also selected Return Center PREMIUM because it offers self-service return label generation and printing. But, when that part was being configured, again we learned we needed another app (postmen) in order to print return labels using our own FedEx account. It gets 5 stars for functionality when you take into account all the apps you need to achieve your goals and their customer service via chat is top notch. However, I take away 1-star because their pricing and marketing of features is borderline bait-and-switch and not transparent.

good its ok litel hard at thebiggining,need help instalinn item's
The app looks really good, but it should include diferent province options in some countries, it makes really difficult to charge acording to diferent cities, when the app don't recognice them in my country.
AfterShip is an essential App for Shopify Shop owners that require a reliable return system. Would have given 5 stars if the AfterShip form that opens on initiating return had customization options like favicon etc.
I haven't used the app yet. I actually launch my website today so I'm hoping it works well. I have the forever free plan but i'm confused about what happens if i get more than 3 returns for the month. Will i be charged?
So it's been a little over a week since I have launched and when I tried to create a return for the customer it says that the items are non-returnable even though they should be eligible.
