As we offer a 30-day returns policy we get quite a few returns which can get messy to try and handle. Returns Center by AfterShip streamlines this process with an easy to set up, professional back end to manage each return. We're very happy with the app!

They have hidden charges. It doesn't mention in the pricing but they require $5 for each user. So, if you have 3 workers handling the returns, you'll have to play $15 extra etc.. This not mentioned anywhere in the pricing, This is deceptive and frankly unethical. They could have made this clear in the pricing.

Very simple app. Could do with being prettier and more intuitive. Also I'm amazed it doesn't allow you 'the store owner' to manually create a return (on behalf of your customer) that may be outside of your normal return parameters. For example, lets say you've sent your customer their order but for whatever reason it's been delayed / lost etc and by the time the customer gets the item the return ...

Provides a great for what can be a difficult process. I look forward to using this in my store. It is much better than the returns protocol I was going to use.

This is a good app to have however for someone new to e-commerce it can be confusing and there's no options to chat with anyone if you need help.
