This app has some great features, but after two weeks and numerous support chats and even zoom meetings, the app is plagued with errors.
The support is great, but the constant pleading for a review on various platforms is annoying.

Well, still testing the app. one thing i didn't like about the app, I was forced to write a review in order to utilize some of the app features.
I cannot see the "Analytics" Page if I don't post a review :/
Love you guys for creating this amazing app i recommend this to everyone who need a return center the right way.
It is excellent app. It helps us a lot in return. Easy to use, easy to install. Recommend to other shopify stores.

The description looks great, but after spening a lot of time trying to make it work I discovered that a lot of things have to be done manually. Even the stock of the returned items has to be changed manually!! You do not see any of the return information in the original order. So there is no integration with Shopify that will help you make returns easier.
