The comment from a frustrated customer... This app is absolutely ridiculous that they dont write a clear pricing plan and full plan comparison inside their app dashboard but just ask you to upgrade the plan. But once you upgraded the plan, you will find that even a basic feature like green return for a refund to customer need you to pick the pro plan which cost >$100 monthly. There are way more better return center app in shopify market than this one

Really good so far. I was about to create a custom solution to handling returns on my apparel website and came across this app. It even lets me use my own return labels, and supports multiple returns per order.
Love how clean and concise everything is. Support was very fast and helpful. This will really improve customer satisfaction.

The app seems to be good. I've just tried couple of test orders and still waiting to see how it works when live.
I've had previously an issue setting up the app and paying for SSL but after a discussion with support it has been sorted.
The supper helped me to set custom domain and everything so now I hope it makes our exchange and return process faster and smooth for us and our customers.

Nice app but how cant i translate it all in french?
Aftership is a great tool to use for returns. It is hands off and you hardly have to do any work. With the couple of customers that needed to make returns they were able to follow the simple process of Aftership!
