AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

I used this app to help me process returns and have been very impressed the app's UI and the similarity to my Shopify control hub. The customer service was kind and efficient as well. Would definitely recommend to other brands

Struggled with support at first over the weekend, but they got back to me and we very apologetic and responded promptly to help solve our problem. I really appreciate their help and attention to the matter.

App can be a little complicated but assistance is great, just got help from Moazzam and problem was solved very quickly

We use this app so that customers can create their own returns without contacting us. It works great! We have been a customer for 4 years and the support is excellent.

The support team is very quick at replying and helping out when needed! The app is very useful and so far everything is working out as expected!

Overall, really easy to navigate and learn if new to it. Have been using it for over a year now and don't often run into any issues at all. Had some issues with it just now (page not loading) and got some help from Priyanka - was super speedy with responses and helped resolve it swiftly
