Had a question about the returns policy workflows and if it could be arranged. Purima sorted and resolved it within 10 minutes.
The app works perfectly, and I have not had any issues with it in 3 years.

I really like how easy everything feels now that the returns are centralized. It takes the guesswork out of the whole process and saves a lot of time. What really makes it stand out though is the customer service. Every time I have a question or need a hand, the team steps in with real attention and patience. It feels like they actually want to help, and that makes a huge difference.
The Rep. was friendly and helpful. Fixed the issue fast and was able to explain to me the problem.

Only at the early stages of using this app, but it seem very powerful and versatile, but with a very friendly user experience. Other apps I had tried were very difficult to manage in comparison.
The app appears to cater to a wide range of needs, from simple exchanges through to more complex returns. If you're exploring an easier returns option for your brand, it's worth giving this a go with the trial to make sure it's right for you.
The customer service has also been great, with a few issues holding up our setup, that were quickly resolved by the team.
Makes the return/exchange process super easy and automated and it pays for itself in retained revenue. Also customer service is exceptional!
