This is a must have app for beginners, like myself!
Its a very good app although the pricing is a bit too high, and i would accept 5-8$ dollar range anythign higher is a bit crazy but this app is good, but customer service is good.

Harvinder and Moazzan were great! I was having trouble purchasing a plan but they setup a quick google meeting and walked me through applying the coupon code properly. At the same time, a customer was having troubles creating a return label from the portal and they again quickly helped me fix a misconfiguration with my carrier label settings! Thank you for your review. To add your returns page to your store, you can simply copy your returns page URL, which is ".returnscenter.com", and then paste this to your store website by:
- In your return policy page, add a text string, e.g. "visit returns center" and add the link;
- in your store theme footer section, put the the link in your website footer.

installed this app to quickly be able to automate the returns process. so far seems easy and customer service is good. it is simple to use.
