I enjoy the ease of use and customer service via chat. I had some difficulty with the code issues but that was solved via chat.
I am using this app to help manage returns for me. There is quite a bit of setting up to do but the customer service and online assistance is excellent. I received all the assistance I needed to resolve issues and set up my services from a friendly and professional Aftership team member.
Easy to setup and great support to answer any setup questions. Provides many options to match all customer return reasons.
Quick and great customer support. I really appreciate their thorough clarification. It offers a free plan to try. I love it.
I haven't used the app yet. I actually launch my website today so I'm hoping it works well. I have the forever free plan but i'm confused about what happens if i get more than 3 returns for the month. Will i be charged?
So it's been a little over a week since I have launched and when I tried to create a return for the customer it says that the items are non-returnable even though they should be eligible.
I was very impressed with how attentive and quickly customer service was able to help me find a solution to my problem.

This app is pretty good, it allows me to manage my returns better, and I can set up a custom domain preface infront of it's non-changeable domain (like .myshopify), and customer service is great.
I just started using the app and so far really like it. I look forward to hopefully using this service as my business grows
Good application but the app is very costly. If you can lower your prices, then a lot of Shopify users will be able to use it in INDIA. All the features are great. Loved the option in which customer can ask for a refund from their side.
