Just starting to set up the app but so far customer support has been good. Very helpful and responsive so first impressions are good.

Great customer service! Super quick and responsive via chat! Setup can be a tad bit confusing because of all the different options and customizations, but their team is very helpful and of course its always great to be able to customize your settings!

ATTENTION when using for international returns! After one month of using the app, international returns couldn't be processed anymore because the HS Code wasn't fetched correctly and provided to the carrier.
