You never know how much you need chat support until you have a brain fart like i did. i deleted the app by mistake and when i got it back it was telling me to pay..... i was like but i didnt even return anything. started to panic but Nitesh helped with no problem. almost like helping me made his day a little bit better. Thank you!!!

This app seems amazing. However setting up has not been user friendly. help page is missing a lot of topics and links.

I've only just started using this app, but I can already tell that it's going to make my life much easier. I spend an inordinate amount of time processing returns, and I can't wait to make use of this service to cut that time down to zero. Sometimes support is not as helpful as I'd like, but Anmol was awesome! Very fast and incisive.

I like this app. It makes it very easy to request a return/exchange. They are very helpful in the "chat" feature, and they take their time answering all of your questions.

This app is fantastic to have more control over returns from our customers - would be great if the app could have the returns period from the date the order was shipped (rather than the order date) as we have preorder items available on our site. It would also be great if you could group domestic and international customers - as we have different returns period for each group.
