Easy set up. Hopeful that I will not have to use it very often but as we all know that returns happen :)

Customer service is awesome! I also like that this app takes away a lot of the back and forth correspondence involved with normal returns. It saves you time. A future standard (instead of premium) feature, if possible, would be that AfterShip Returns would add a returned item back to inventory via it's shopify integration. Right now after resolving a ticket, you have to manually go and issue the refund and add the product return back into inventory. This seems like a standard feature, not a premium. I'd also like to have the premium feature of customers getting to manually exchange for in stock items of their choice during the return process. Right now it's also a premium feature. As a small brand, I just can't afford so many apps at premium tier.

If you have a Shopify Plus account then you can use the Gift card option to issue a refund.
We do keep track of the requests by our users and we will make it more feasible.

I use this app to handle my store's returns. It works very well. I wish the free plan would be expanded to at least 20 returns

Easy to set up and support is fast and quick! I just wish the free version came with more than 3 returns a month. overall recommend. seems like a great addition for your store!

Allow your customers to select items to exchange for. You can create a new order in one click. Extend returns window. Set up returns window to N days after the fulfillment or delivery date.
