Very good customer service. Good features and solved our returns center needs. Will continue to use.

I find it very important to have a Return app on the website. The Policy I already have is very clear, but this app makes it all become easier for customers when actually starting the return for a refund. I like it! Easy, Fast Paced, Email updates to customers! Great! Thank you!
