Awesome App! Very simple setup and configuration. Not returns yet but did run some tests and it appears to work well! Will update after a real return.

Aside from being FREE, this is really an awesome App for an e-commerce store like us www.periwinkle-online.com. Hassle free installations and very useful for an event which needs customers to return items professionally. Highly recommended and rated. Thanks AfterShip for this..kudos!

I wouldn't trust the reviews on this page. They totally messed up an easy onboarding issue, and rerouted my returns page to a totally different website. What upsets me the most is they made me pay upfront before I was able to customize anything, and then once the issue happened, they didn't fix the problem right away and are constantly trying to close the ticket.

Unfassbar schlechte User Experience! Innerhalb der App "Retoure" wechselt es in "Tracking", sodass der falsche Plan gebucht wurde. Herausgeschmissene Zeit und Geld. Mega frustrierende App!!
