Many customers have reported that return notifications don't work, plus limited customizations, limited accounts, and the worst customer service and support ever.

It is unfortunate to know that you didn't have the best experience using our app and wished for the features to be more flexible. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users.

Good tool. Will receive 5 stars when I'm able to edit the canned email being sent right before sending it. I need to be able to quickly include the link to the shipping return label generated through Amazon.

I am new to all of this and I have found these guys to be great along my journey. It was so easy working with these guys. They are so fast and they send images along the way. Within the images, they highlight or circle the areas in which I was looking making it even faster for me to find. It was making it very easy to understand. I feel like this is going to help my store out a lot and make it so much easier on me. I would highly recommend this app!

Was my favorite app until they decided to get rid of the FREE app and start charging $39 a month. I was planning to upgrade because it was so easy to use but trying to configure the new app was so complicated, I gave up and moving on. Would've been nice if they offered the FREE one or charge maybe $10 a month and I would've stayed on without having to reconfigure it. Very disappointed customer.

This will save me a lot of time and money. The ux for the customer is great and it makes it easy for my business to keep track of everything.

Great service provided by Lovish. Was able to answer all of my questions and concerns on one call. Was very patient with all of my concerns- and walked me through all the steps.
