The Customer Service is good. But the integration is not that user friendly. I wish this can be incorporated into the account page.

Really simple to set up and fast responses on support. Setting up across 3 channels our site took less than an hour.
Terrible customer service, the chat support is a joke. A simple request turned into what felt like hours of just "Allow me one moment", and then a different rep (avatar picture changed) just shows up with no warning, and just keeps repeating the same thing, "Allow me one moment". I actually don't know how long this brain dead simple request would have taken because I simply closed the chat window after like 45 minutes of waiting, and canceled my account. Don't have time for this.
Please accept my sincere apology for the experience you had. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users.

Not free and free options disappear as you click through the app. Free went to $1,200 / year and I was told through the chat they "just adjusted prices".

I just installed, and I think it neatly matches my store. Easy installation process and setup. I hope this will make returns easier for my store.
Great application. Works well. The auto sync is every 3 hours.
So far so good. I think the app is important to provibe faster customer service. What i dont like it that starting from may a so called 'membership' needs to get paid 10 dollar a month per member.
Very good application.Has taken my store to the next level.Makes it way easier for the customers to track the shipment.great Job!
