Customer support was very patient and understanding with complex queries. Have not tested it on the website, however, will provide updates once I see success with returns.

This app has simplified my return process. It's highly customizable and I am currently using it for free.

Good app but some functionality is frozen until a review has been left... Other then that it is alright....

so far so good. easy to set up. great document. I wish I don't have to be forced to review when I choose free plan and haven't got time to test it out yet!

There is some room for improvement, but overall an amazing asset for our shop!

(if exchanging an item, for example, I would love for my current inventory to show up for the customer to pick from)

I love the premise of the app, having a little bit of difficulty figuring it out but the support system is super quick!
