I used this app to create an RMA process for my shop. It was pretty easy to set up, especially with image size requirements listed on the set up page. One feature that was missing is the ability to preview the customized return page without submitting a test return. First day, and it seems like a good fit. Easy to set up, impeccable customer service. Some functions that are missing, but totally a good solution.

Works well so far, however, platform could be improved by adding a "send test email" functionality or a wysiwyg email builder.

After going back and forth with customer support they have agreed to push my case with the developers about an issue with their mobile version of the returns system. There was an issue where on some mobile devices and the latest IOS safari browsers the "Next" button was not appearing and or disappearing leaving our customers unable to make a return. Looks like a great App - Only accepts low image resolution on the assets page - But generally does what it says.

There have been some frustrating issues going on with billing, however Aftership has been very helpful with our account issues. They set up a google meet just to let me share my screen. I have not had any other app take the time to do that for us. We have used them for a year, and hope to use them for more years to come.

Good not great but cheap compared to Returnly and Loop Returns. Recommended if you don't have a lot of returns to deal with and don't want to spend hundreds for app of the kind.

The app was very difficult to set up and configure to a usable level. I do like having a built-in return option for my customers, but this is mostly a manual process once the shopper requests the return and you approve it.
