The customer service has been great during the onboarding and setup phase. I would suggest this app to others.

Easy to use and set up however I wish they had Royal Mail as a shipping option. Many businesses in the UK use Royal Mail and this app doesn't accommodate to it.

The app makes it easy for customers and our fulfillment team to track and process returns. I just had a support issue resolved, very patiently, by Samad.

This app has really helped us with out Returns process. I love how easy it was to set up as well as how easy it is for my customers.

Customer support is very helpful and fast with responding. The app also works very well and speeds up the returns process.

I'm still figuring out how it works step-by-step and feels not that difficult to do so far. Obviously, the support chat service is awesome. The response was fast and good.

I like this app. It makes it very easy to request a return/exchange. They are very helpful in the "chat" feature, and they take their time answering all of your questions.
