I used this app to help my business track returns. Today Aditi was able to solve problems with the coding on template email notifications in real time, which was super helpful, especially on a Sunday. Thank you!!!

One of the easiest returns apps to set-up and also has a very clear, clean look to it. Great basic functionality for returns. I hope in the future they also bring in some AI logic and rules to encourage exchanges and credits. That would be next level.

Overall, really easy to navigate and learn if new to it. Have been using it for over a year now and don't often run into any issues at all. Had some issues with it just now (page not loading) and got some help from Priyanka - was super speedy with responses and helped resolve it swiftly
