AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

We did not have a chance to use this app yet. The app appears to be easy to set up. The app has an area to track set up which is easy to follow. No concerns so far.

I love this app. The customer service is always fast and helpful with any questions or problems I may have. The app is also really easy to use and customize. I was able to customize what I want my return labels to say and how I wanted to look.

I was using Return Magic, but that app is being discontinued. I came across AfterShip Returns and thought I would try it out. I love it! It provides a great customer experience and a lot of flexibility for the store owner to have the return policies they want. I also really like how it is easy to manage returns - if a customer requests and exchange, they can select the product in the returns portal. Aftership will only show products that are in stock. When the return is received, one click will create a new order. With Return Magic, I had to manually duplicate the old order and add the product that the customer requested.
