I use this app in two stores now, runs smoothly with no problems. Customer service is top-level, always friendly and super-fast with replay.
The five star rating is for the customer support. The customer support is very good and Moazzam was able to help me quickly and easily. I haven't had a chance to really use the app much yet... just getting it set up.
Really easy to install and get things up and running. Works really well and has simplified the returns procedure.
Just starting it but it is a nice App to use. Hope it's working good in my country, because i'm using a different language

Very useful app. We use it to create the RMA # and get the reason for return for each customer, who sends the email request. Even if we do not send the return label,( because do not request the return, just send the replacement), we finally have all complaints in one place and nicely organized. There is a useful feature to this app Vs the expensive RMA management systems: you have the control either accept and send the return label (paid or not), or reject. (And you can customize the return policy, the shipping instructions, reason for return options. I wish I can edit the main section as well. I do not like the wording on how to start the return but cannot customize them.) With our product we do not want to encourage the returns on the whim, but rather with the real issue. We have all the necessary information on the website to make the educated decision, before buying and having the control to involve the buyers in communication really helps.
Easy to set up. Definitely a must have for any shop owner.
