Just started using it. Reached out to support regarding an issue and they got back to me and got it fixed within a few minutes. Can't say much about functionality or usage, but off to a great start!

Works well. Priyanka helped me set up my return settings so I can send a label through Shopify. I have been using it for about 8 months now.

Easy to set up, I think it will save a lot of time and as automated no need for emails back and forward. Looks good having a Return Centre added.

I use this app in two stores now, runs smoothly with no problems. Customer service is top-level, always friendly and super-fast with replay.

The five star rating is for the customer support. The customer support is very good and Moazzam was able to help me quickly and easily. I haven't had a chance to really use the app much yet... just getting it set up.

Really easy to install and get things up and running. Works really well and has simplified the returns procedure.
