Great way to keep everything organized and reduce 100's of clicks and lots of time waiting...definitely would recommend this to whoever has a decent amount of volume in sales!
I used this app to complete returns and it was very easy with the help of customer service. You can make a return and refund the order in one place and create return labels.
A bit of a learning curve, but great customer service. Very helpful functionality for a solopreneur.

I guess this review is about the app > not about my specific interaction with my customer service rep Ayush (who was great). I think the app is probably a 4/5 >>> service from Ayush was 5/5
There are some items that aren't as intuitive and linearly organized in dropdown menus/actionable items from the main dashboard, but overall a solid app for an e-commerce brand.
When the app works it's fantastic; when it doesn't work it is difficult to get consistent help on the chat app. I find that you get passed through a couple of different chat operators through out the course of a conversation, personally I find I spend more time re-explaining my problem to all the reps then actually getting an end result.
Today I actually got a video call with someone and they resolved my problem in less than 30 seconds. That was FANTASTIC customer service!
Super Easy to use! Free plan is great to get started and has all the features we possibly require. Will highly recommend it.
