AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

We love Aftership! It's easy to use and setup and we've been in business for awhile now, using a number of apps... but this one is the best. Afterships interface is easy to navigate through and helps us with our customer issues. Great app highly recommended!

Works great. Nice and streamlined. Easy to approve or reject returns. Only change I would recommend is to be able to open the order page on a separate tab when clicking the order number from the Aftership returns center.

I can not thank the support team at Aftership enough for working through all the questions and the special request that I have had for both the new returns app. The Aftership returns app offers a clean user interface for my customer to process returns request. Simple App that Allows my customers to feel that they can return something easily. adds a level of trust for our stores

Very easy to set up. From the administrative side things are very easy to track and approve returns. Support is very quick and helpful with answering any questions I had.

The APP does everything it stands for, really useful to automatize the return process. All my questions were immediately handled by Ankush with ease, amazing support!

Great customer service! We had a 7 day free trial and they offered to extend it to 14 since we needed a few more days to work out the kinks. Super awesome!
