Very easy to setup. Reduces cost for Oasis Mountain and gives our customers the flexibility to initiate an RMA any time they choose. Increasing overall customer satisfaction is a top priority for Oasis Mountain, and AfterShip helps us to achieve that goal.
The app was easy to install and configure. We have yet to receive a return, so I can't comment on how painless the whole process will be, just yet.
Moazzam and all the support team have been very helpful. Always very eager to help, quick and efficient.
Was very easy to get set up. Their team was there to clarify answers to a couple of questions that I had and they volunteered to help in any way they could...
Very easy to use and friendly interface. And fast communication with support team is plus. Recommended.
Super confusing app with waaay too much information to understand and set up. I installed for an hour and then gave up and asked for a refund which was like pulling teeth.

Great tracking page for helping our customers
I just downloaded this app but have yet to use it for returns. Set-up was fairly easy, besides having to link to a different app (which wasn't clear in the beginning). Customer service was helpful and answered right away, so that's a huge plus.

I love this app! I just started my online boutique and I couldn't believe how easy it was to integrate AfterShip Returns Center to my Shopify store. It gave me a basic return policy that I was able to edit to fit mine and my customer's needs and makes the return process super easy for anyone needing to do a return. I highly recommend this app for anyone running a store where returns will be accepted.
