I've only just started using this app, but I can already tell that it's going to make my life much easier. I spend an inordinate amount of time processing returns, and I can't wait to make use of this service to cut that time down to zero. Sometimes support is not as helpful as I'd like, but Anmol was awesome! Very fast and incisive.
Amazing services for absolutely no cost. You can get the AfterShip branding removed for free as well to give off a more professional. look. Great app!
AfterShip's seamless integration of an easy-to-use return site brings immeasurable value to our store. Any user that hears of your store for the first time will have their doubts. Are they trustworthy? Is it a scam? Can I get my money back? However, with a built in and easy access return site the user gets a certain peace of mind. A customer returning an item means that they were dissatisfied with your product and likely have a negative view of your store. Yet with AfterShip's hassle free and user friendly returns it not only gives the customer peace of mind but another reason as to why they should give you another chance. Don't let your valued customers down, download AfterShip and save yourself the stress.
Good interface, but some support issues and multi store set up not clear. A lot of going around in circles
Aftership returns have made it super easy for our customers to collect returns from customers, stops a lot of the hassle for us and already recommended it to friends who want to start their own stores. Thumbs up.
Don't waste your time with this app as a returns program if you're a Canadian company that ships and returns with USA customers. They can't figure out how to charge a Canadian credit card to buy return labels. Have wasted weeks troubleshooting with no luck.

Great addition to any story. Makes your return process very professional.
App looks ok, still trying to on board I have never had such a stressful onboarding and their support really stinks.
