Amazing app! It has saved me so much time as the sole shop owner. Having the pre-paid shipping labels really cuts down the amount of time needed to deal with support emails. Customers are familiar with the workflow since it is similar to the way Amazon does returns. Support is top notch too.

This app is fantastic and it is going to make life so much easier for exchanges & returns. David has been a great help with any questions I have had and has been extremely quick to respond. Highly recommend!

I downloaded more than 10 apps before finding ReturnZap. Even most established apps with a fancy UI cannot do basic things like customize the return flow based on product attributes or customer id or let you add multiple warehouses. ReturnZap can. Plus it's easy to get support and customize it. Highly recommended.
