Reveal: Customer Data & NPS

We just completed our product tour with Teodor and have already gained tremendous insight into our customer base. I've been looking for an app with this type of deep data capabilities for years. We look forward to using the data and analysis generated by this app to transform our marketing and pricing strategies and hopefully drive a meaningful increase in sales in the short-term. I will be sure to update this as we continue our work with Reveal in the coming weeks/months

Reveal has helped us clearly define our customers segments, along with providing data we can translate into action to retain customers and improve our user experience. Their team is also super hands on and very helpful!

The data insights from using this app are phenomenal. Customer service is top-notch and their team's desire to see you succeed is so refreshing. Highly recommend it if you wish to learn more about your customers' journey and how to turn those who are going to 'dump' you into 'soulmates.'

I have just started to use this app and was surprised at the customer insights it provides. Oana provided excellent customer onboarding via zoom and tweaked the RFM score cards to work better with my website.

This will saves hours per month on constructing customer insight models and that's before the potential returns from focusing on the right customers, tackling products/brands that are pulling down NPS and such like. What cracks it though, is the passion with which the omniconvert team are clearly bringing to the table - they're all in! The next six months should be fun and rewarding!

We just installed this app and on-boarding process is simply awesome. Reveal team including founder of Omniconvert is personally involved in post installation process. We'll rate it a 4 on 5 as we still to fully reap benefits of this tool. This is definitely a great app if you're looking to expand your repeat purchases and customer life time value.

App so far seems to be bug-free and safe to install.

I rarely write app reviews but Reveal RFM is a definite 5-star app. Having sold on Shopify for the past 5 years, Reveal is one of the first apps that really allows us to see all of our customers from our start to today. It easily segments them based on RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) which allows us to target specific customer segments with tailored outreach/campaigns/content that fits their purchasing behavior. Incredibly helpful if you need to balance your efforts with new customers and returning customers - a must have app.

Reveal it's a nice tool to have and analyze your customers behavior.
Easy to install and friendly interphase.

This app is great for seeing the potential that your business has for returning customers. It helps a lot with segmenting audiences to understand your customers better. I was also very lucky to be able to talk to the head of product marketing, Juliana. She reached out for a call as soon as we installed the app and gave me some great insight into the business, not only that but she gave me some amazing ideas for what we can do to grow the business moving forward,
