I'm going through some integration issues which I believe are mostly due to my own bad data from import. The support have been great and are working me through everything step by step. The app performs really well so far and looking forward to using more features once I'm fully set up

Jenson was great when it came to importing reviews from a 3rd party. Easy to work with and professional, also great app highly recommend
We just switched review platforms to Reviews.io. So far I've noticed that the customer service is very helpful. I've worked with both Maddox & Luke who were responsive & helpful. The process of importing reviews is quick & easy.
