Edit: The team reached back out and offered to make an exception for me to upload my reviews. I was about to move forward, however the reviews from Fera need extensive formating because Fera does not include the order ID in their template at the time of writing this. (also the formating is only necessary if I would like my reviews validated on google.) I will not have the time to do this formating before relaunch so i will go with another app. However, review.io customer service has been great at resolving issues. And of all the review apps in terms of functionality, reviews.io continues to be one of the best if not the best.
I reached out to support to inquire about uploading my genuine reviews from fera prior to my RElaunch. They told me that i have to finish my trial before they can help me upload my reviews. and i told them that i can not wait that long because the site is closed (hence the relaunch) and we have to TEST to make sure the mailchimp integrations work. I can't just wait 7-15 days to use the app. And if i'm uploading my reviews to your app wouldn't it make sense that i would likely stay after as a long term customer!!

If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. I installed the app to collect reviews for my products. All good so far.
After I decided to deactivate the store and delete the existing accounts, I contacted the support chat. I initially had to wait about half an hour for someone to reply, after which the employee simply left and a new one arrived. I explained my situation and was told that the public page would not be deleted. But the problem is that I have opened another store with the same name on a page. Now the ratings for the store remain although it no longer exists and the ratings have nothing to do with the new store. Hands off!!!

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich nicht einmal ein Stern geben. Ich habe die App installiert um Bewertungen für meine Produkte zu sammeln. Soweit alles gut.
Nachdem ich beschlossen habe, den Shop zu deaktivieren und die bestehenden Accounts zu löschen, habe ich mich an den Support-Chat gewandt. Ich musste zunächst ungefähr eine halbe Stunde warten, bis jemand geantwortet hat, danach ist der Mitarbeiter einfach gegangen und ein neuer gekommen. Ich habe meine Sachlage mitgeteilt und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Öffentliche Seite nicht gelöscht wird. Das Problem ist aber, dass ich einen anderen Shop mit dem gleichen Namen auf einer Seite eröffnet habe. Jetzt bleiben die Bewertungen für den Shop obwohl dieser nicht mehr Existiert und die Bewertungen haben nichts mit dem neuen Shop zutun.

Adam on live chat support is a life saver! managed to help me out big time installing code into my store as I have no experience. Not very clued up computer wise but the overall set up and customisation of widgets, email templates etc is quick, efficient and very manageable. A lot of options of customisable widgets and look forward to being able to track my reviews effortless. thank you would definitely recommend.

We have plenty of articles to help assist you with installing REVIEWS.io onto your Shopify store and are more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding the installation.
Unfortunately, due to each store's set-up being different, it would be difficult to provide automatic installations for all clients, however, if you are using a 2.0 theme in Shopify, we have easy app embeds that can be added using drag&drop.

I've been using Reviews.io for my Shopify store for the past few months, and I'm absolutely loving it. This app is the best Review app I have seen so far. It allows customers to review your products very detailed. I especially like the attributes you can create. With the sliding rating you can create a lot of social proof and also see what you have to improve and what is already great. In addition, the App has a great customer support. Adam has helped me a lot regarding my special wishes. Thanks to him I can display my reviews perfectly! Another great feature is the UGC Content. You can easily create good social proofs, which also might help you regarding your instagram account.
Its the best review app I have seen in the Shopify Appstore!
