App is easy to use, pretty nice designed, intuitive for customers. Also, their CS is great and responsive. Props for Adam for helping me resolve some issues quickly.

I use Reviews.io on two different websites. Excellent customer support, which quickly and reliably takes care of questions of any kind and always finds a solution even for unusual problems.

Reviews.io was introduced to us through a colleague as a fresh, new means of collecting reviews, UGC, and enhancing our customer experience through our website. I'm so glad we made the switch from our old reviews platform to Reviews.io because they sure deliver! Not only were we collecting reviews in no time- thanks to their easy to use dashboard and guidance, but they also quickly helped us get our widgets set up, as promised. I've been using this app for 2 months now on the free plan. It was okay to install everything following the instructions on the dashboard. The Customer Service is superb! I've spoken to them twice, and my issue was solved straight away! Highly recommend!

This app is the best Review app I have seen so far. It allows customers to review your products very detailed. I especially like the attributes you can create. With the sliding rating you can create a lot of social proof and also see what you have to improve and what is already great. In addition, the App has a great customer support. Adam has helped me a lot regarding my special wishes. Thanks to him I can display my reviews perfectly! Another great feature is the UGC Content. You can easily create good social proofs, which also might help you regarding your instagram account.

It's good a product. But more important for us at Brayola is support. The Reviews.io has great support team!
