Reviews.IO have been excellent from the start, lots of great functionality. Kai helped me set up the widgets properly, the communication was amazing. I would highly recommend.

Very good app, and the customer service is great. I tried several apps and this is the best free applications, and several add ons to use.

Amazing support! I was struggling to get the app running. I contacted the support and got help immediately. It turned out that the Shopify shop wasn't connected correctly. After a reinstallation of the app in Shopify and some sync time, it now works perfectly.

Excellent support by the team at Reviews.i.o, particularly Kai. He couldn't have been more helpful when we required some assistance with setting up the 'Review widgets'. We already use this app on another of our websites so it was no surprise to get such excellent support as usual!
