The customer service from ReviewsIO is absolutely top-notch - it stands out amongst all of the other apps and services we work with and just 'makes a difference' (big thanks to Carlus and the team today who very quickly resolved a Shopify code issue for us). the customer service is really helpful, fast and friendly. I had lots of contact with Monika. I had to install review for our onlineshop, integrate it with shopify, install the widgets and email templates. everything worked good.
We've tried multiple Review apps, and definitely this one has our 5 stars specially for support but also having all the features out of the box we were looking for. From Company reviews to Product reviews and specially NPS, this is a great plus. Installation is easy and migration from other software also.
