Rich Returns & Exchanges

App does not really support multi-language. Very poor implementation with limitations.

For a claim it is not suitable. Also you have to pay extra for photo upload of customer and video is not even support.

Support is poor. You try to solve issues, but only standard answers follow which do not solve the problems.

App is quite basic. It is not made as a plattform, because every manual interaction has to be handled through another tool or shopify.

Onboarding support poor.

we've been using rich returns for several years now, there has been some improvements the last few months and we are using the app with our shopify shop much more now. The customer service is always really helpful and you receive answers in a speedy manor. so if you ever have a problem, can't find a speicific setting or just have some feedback in general, you can be sure you'll receive help from an actual person and not just a bot. the integration with shopify is good and works well. No complaints on our side at all.

We used a different returns app but it was really slow and expensive. We switched to Rich Returns and couldn't be happier. Andrej goes out of his way to provide support for any issues and the app works great. It is very responsive and gives a lot of customization options.
