Having only just added this app to my store I cannot comment on how well it is working at the moment for me, but the customer service I have received so far from Sam was exceptional I am sure I will be in contact with them again to fix something for me :) once I have had the chance to utilise the app I will update my review.

Amazing App and Exceptional Support!

It'd be great if you could update this, since only allowing one image per review isn’t very user-friendly. Like on Amazon, where people can upload multiple images instead of just one. If you can fix this, your software would be perfect!
I wasn't able to figure out how to get the star ratings on my product grid by myself, so I messaged Tydal support and in jumped Sam from support like superman!
Sorted it out in minutes, went through the liquid section, found the right spot based on my themes code and had my stars lookin real good.
Honestly, the best support team ever. Thanks Sam and team Tydal!!
