This app works well and is free. Plus their customer support team is awesome. Paul helped very quickly, politely and helped me with questions I didnt even know I had yet!

Abbie was amazing as always and helped me find this app after we concluded that there wasn't currently a free way to integrate the rewards app to incentivize my customers to leave reviews, and I am still a very small very new business. I do like the app, but I can tell it's in it's infancy. There aren't quite enough branding options available, unlike the rewards app which looks seamless on my store. And of course I would have liked integration with the 2 apps. No brainer there. I'll stick with it though. It's still way better than the native Shopify review app, and you can NOT beat Rivo's customer service! Thanks again Abbie!
