Everyone wants to receive the BEST customer service and help when they are doing something new or need help. Well Maria literally was the very best partner I could have asked for. She helped me with my initial request and then provided me helpful insights on things I didn't even know I needed. She allowed me to ask a million questions and gave me links tools and answers for everything I needed. Literally the best human engagement I have had in months. 10/10 Maria is phenomenal!!!

Great app/apps. I use them all and they all work great. Customer service team is amazing. I've used them multiple times for questions i had about how it worked. Abbie was great at helping out QUICK and also gave me some tips!

I started the chat process by requesting that my store be added to the priority emailing. Pete was the representative to respond to my request. He was quick, proficient, and polite in completing my request. My experience with Rivo has been the same every time, as this was not my first use of the support team. I had help with both the Rivo Review and Rivo Pop-up and I have no complaints.
