Using it for free right now with basic features. Simple to set up and to customize, just what I was looking for, simplicity and functionality. Doesn't slow the store down, and has all the necessary features, like offering a discount for reviews with orders when you upgrade. Highly recommended.

I reached out to chat support to get the app set up with my store, and Abbie was the rep who helped me. She was so helpful and friendly. She made the process so easy and quick. Very easy to set up and customize for reviews. Makes it easy to capture reviews right in the site Pete from support was very helpful.

I have the free version of the app and they have AMAZING customer support. I wrote something in the chat box and got an answer within minutes. Incredible!!! The app itself is very simple to use and you can customize all colors and text which was great for my German store. It also has an email option to remind customers to rate the product, and an option to send out a discount code for a review. Great app. Totally recommend!
