The app is easy to use. Arianne from customer service was very helpful. I will try also the popup app. In 5 minutes i was able to costumize everything in italian.

I am so glad that I found this app - it's a complete revelation! I have had a very frustrating morning trying various other Reviews apps and then deleting them because they won't do what I want. However, the Rivo Product Reviews was very straightforward to install and within a couple of moments, I had customised it with my own wording and store colours, positioned it where I wanted it and tested it. I requested support with a small matter and had a very (and I do mean very) quick response from Pete who was helpful and got the issue sorted straight away. He was a real pleasure to deal with. I just added TYDAL to my store and it was very easy to set up! Very intuitive and I'm sure it will be super helpful for my customers as well. I really like the option of customizing the review request email as well as the colors!
I had to contact support and had a great experience with the support staff, Adrian. Very friendly, helpful and quick responses. Definitely recommend the app.

Still getting my head around Rivo Reviews App, but it is very easy to use and very customizable. Highly recommend! And the customer service is top class - I would give 10 stars if there was an option :) Jel was very helpful and even made a few suggestions to help improve our online store customization. Can't believe this app is free. It does everything more expensive services like Loox can do for no cost! Also, the customer service is very nice, and they are a pleasure working with!
